All Stinters will have an initial briefing in Austin, Texas April 2004.  At this briefing you will be led through the hiring process of Campus Crusade for Christ and taught how to raise support.  Before you arrive in country, you will attend a World Briefing with other Stint teams going to Western Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia.  Last year the briefing took place September 10-17 in Frankfurt, Germany.  The dates and location should be similar this year.  At the World Briefing we will discuss topics such as culture shock, communicating the gospel cross-culturally, team dynamics and becoming a self-feeder in the Word. After the World Briefing you will fly or train to Italy where you will receive a country specific orientation.
