The Ministry in Athens

In most cases, you will be enrolled as a language student studying the language. You will take classes in the mornings or afternoons for a set number of hours a week, and the rest of your time will most likely be apportioned to ministry hours, team functions (socials, business meetings, church/devotional services, prayer times), and personal time.

Since we are pioneering a new ministry in Greece, we will be experimenting with a few different ways of meeting students. Generally, it is easy to find English speakers, so the language barrier will not be the biggest barrier. We need our STINTers to be willing and able to pursue relationships (not just ministry contacts) AND be able to transition into spiritual conversations where they can share the gospel and challenge their friends to make a decision over time.
